Activities and Communities
Hosts remain responsible for the Activities they publish, including descriptions, capacity, safety information, delivery and compliance with applicable requirements.
Tickets, fees and payouts
The final terms will state platform fees, payment-method fees, payout timing, refunds, cancellations and chargeback handling before transactions open.
Acceptable use
Dion will not permit fraud, impersonation, harassment, unlawful Activities, misleading listings or conduct that puts Members and partners at risk.
Content and intellectual property
The final terms will explain what users own, what permission Dion needs to display submitted content and how infringement reports are handled.
Changes and disputes
The operating entity, governing law, notice process, limitation terms and dispute route will be inserted after legal review.
