Who can use Dion?

Anyone aged 18 or older. Activities that serve alcohol are limited to 21+, and Hosts check ID at the door.

Is Dion the organiser of the Activities?

Accepted Answer

No. Each Activity is run by its Host, who is responsible for it. Dion provides the booking, payments, check-in and safety tools around it.

Is Dion really free to start?

Yes. Starter costs nothing: up to 4 Activities a month, 50 free RSVPs per Activity and 2 ticket types. Paid tickets are never capped on any plan.

How much does Dion take from my ticket sales?

Nothing. There is 0% commission on every plan. Members pay a flat Rp2,500 platform fee per paid ticket plus their payment fee. On Growth and Pro you can cover those fees so Members see one clean price; covered fees come out of your payout.

How do I get paid?

Ticket money is released 48 hours after your Activity ends and paid to your verified bank or e-wallet on the schedule you choose (weekly on Monday by default). The minimum payout is Rp100,000. Pro Hosts can take an instant payout for Rp7,500.

Can I take payments outside Dion?

No. Everything sold on Dion is paid through Dion. That's what gives you automatic payouts and check-in, and gives Members refund protection. Listings asking for transfers or cash are flagged and reviewed.

What happens if a Member asks for a refund?

Accepted Answer

Until 24 hours before your Activity starts, Members refund themselves automatically. After that, you decide. Refunds made after a payout are deducted from your next one.

What if I have to cancel?

Every ticket is refunded in full, including the fees Members paid, and they're notified in the app. Fees you had covered are returned to you.

What do the plans cost?

Starter is free. Growth is Rp199,000 a month and Pro Rp349,000 a month; annual billing gives you 12 months for the price of 10. You can upgrade or downgrade any time. A downgrade takes effect at the end of your billing period, and unused time isn't refunded.

Can I work with another Community?

Yes. Co-hosting lets you invite a partner Community and set how money is split. Leading a co-hosted Activity requires Pro; any plan can join as a partner.

Do I lose control of my Community?

No. Your group chat, your page, your branding and your Members stay yours. Dion is the workspace and discovery layer around them.

What can my team see?

Each teammate gets a role, and each role sees only what it needs. For example, door staff see the guest list but not payouts. Only the Owner can change billing, delete the Community or export Member data.

What does the Verified badge mean?

Dion staff have checked your identity documents. It's available on Growth and Pro.

Do I need a different profile for every Community?

No. One Dion profile follows every Community you join.

What do I pay?

The ticket price, plus a Rp2,500 platform fee per paid ticket and the payment fee for your method, unless the Host covers them. You see the full total before you pay. Free Activities are always free.

Can I get a refund?

Yes. Refund yourself in the app until 24 hours before the Activity starts and you get back everything you paid, fees included. After that, the Host decides. If the Host cancels, you're refunded in full automatically.

Can I give my ticket to a friend?

Yes. Send a gift link from Bookings. Once your friend claims it, they get a new QR code and yours stops working.

The Activity is full. What now?

Join the waitlist. If a place frees up and the Host offers it to you, it's held for 24 hours.

Why can't I see the exact venue?

Some Hosts keep the venue private until you hold a ticket. It appears in your booking once you've booked.

How do I delete my account?

Profile → Delete account. We remove your data within 30 days, except records the law requires us to keep, such as transactions.

How does Dion keep Activities safer?

Activity pages show the Host, price, place and requirements before you book. You can block people and Communities, and report a person, Community or Activity in the app. Dion's safety team reviews every report, usually within [48 hours]. In an emergency, call 112 first.

Will the person I report know it was me?

No. Hosts only see that a report is open, never who filed it or the details.

What do Hosts see about me?

Your name, handle, ticket type and check-in status. Your profile and social links are shown only if you allow it in your privacy settings.
